- Scope of Services and Contracting
Pestrodentguard (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides professional pest and rodent control services located at Unit 14, St James’s Business Centre, St James’s Road, SE16 4QZ, London. By submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or paying a service deposit through www.pestrodentguard.com, the customer (“Client”) enters into a binding service agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales, as well as applicable regional consumer protection regulations across the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States.
- Service Booking and Consultation Process
Our service delivery follows a structured procedure designed to ensure clarity, safety, and operational alignment before on-site deployment:
Initial Inquiry and Deposit: Clients submit their service requirements via our website contact form and pay the required project deposit through our secure checkout. This deposit secures the initial consultation slot and initiates the quotation process.
Needs Assessment and Quotation: Within 24 hours following deposit submission, our technical team contacts the Client to review specific property details, assess the scope of work, and provide a transparent, itemized service proposal outlining the final pricing and required operational timeline.
Appointment Scheduling: Upon written approval of the service proposal by the Client, an on-site service appointment is formally scheduled for a mutually agreed date and time window (typically within 3 to 5 business days of proposal confirmation, subject to regional availability).
On-Site Service Execution: Our certified technicians arrive at the designated property at the scheduled time to execute the agreed pest and rodent control procedures in compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Project Delivery and Sign-Off: Upon completion of the on-site treatment, a formal project delivery handover is conducted. The Client receives a detailed service completion report, and the remaining service balance (minus the initial deposit) becomes due upon delivery.
- Financial Terms and Refund Framework
Deposit Application: The initial deposit paid via our website is fully applied toward the total cost of the agreed service quotation.
Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel a scheduled service and request a full refund of the deposit by providing written notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled on-site appointment time.
Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or instances where technicians are unable to access the property due to client absence at the agreed time, may incur a service dispatch fee deducted from the deposit to cover mobilization costs.
Service Completion Balance: Final payment for completed services is due immediately upon project delivery as specified in the final invoice. Late payments are subject to statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (for business clients) or applicable consumer credit regulations.
- Limitation of Liability and Client Obligations
Property Access and Accuracy: The Client warrants that they have legal authority to grant access to the property and that all accurate, material information regarding property conditions, hazards, and prior pest infestations has been disclosed prior to service execution.
Operational Cooperation: Clients must comply with all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians. Pestrodentguard is not liable for delayed outcomes or recurring infestations resulting from failure to follow operational guidance or structural deficiencies inherent to the property.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the UK, EU, and US, the total aggregate liability of Pestrodentguard for any claim arising out of or relating to the services provided shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service project giving rise to the claim.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This service delivery framework and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer statutory rights applicable in the Client’s country of residence within the EU or US.
