- Overview of Our Service Model
Pestrodentguard provides professional pest management and rodent control services for residential and commercial properties. Our operational workflow consists of the following consecutive stages:
Deposit Payment: The client pays an initial project deposit via our website to secure an allocation in our scheduling queue.
Consultation & Scope Definition: Following deposit receipt, we contact the client via consultation forms or direct communication to assess requirements, discuss specific service parameters, and determine the final project quotation.
On-Site Service Execution: Our certified technicians attend the designated property to perform the agreed pest management services.
Project Delivery & Balance Settlement: Upon completion of the on-site service, the project is delivered, and any remaining balance is settled.
- Deposit Cancellation and Refund Terms
2.1 Standard Cancellation Window (Consumer Statutory Rights)
For clients residing in the United Kingdom and the European Union, you possess a statutory right to cancel your service contract within 14 days of making your initial deposit payment, without providing any reason, pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive. For clients in the United States, cancellation rights are governed by applicable state consumer protection laws and the specific terms outlined herein.
2.2 Waiver of Cancellation Rights Upon Commencement
In accordance with applicable UK, EU, and US consumer protection statutes, if you explicitly request that our on-site service commence, or if you schedule an on-site visit to take place within the initial 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge and agree that:
If the service is fully performed within this period, your right to cancel and obtain a deposit refund ceases once execution is complete.
If you cancel after our technicians have commenced preparatory work, mobilization, or on-site evaluation, the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover administrative and operational resource allocation.
2.3 Client-Initiated Cancellations Prior to Service Mobilization
If you wish to cancel your project before any on-site service has been scheduled or commenced:
Cancellation Notice: You must provide written notice of cancellation via email to harbor@pestrodentguard.com or by contacting us at +44 20 8123 7648.
Deposit Refund Eligibility: If cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled on-site appointment and before any technician dispatch, your deposit will be refunded using the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled on-site appointment will forfeit the deposit to cover incurred scheduling and logistics overheads.
- Service Rescheduling and Alterations
3.1 Rescheduling by the Client
Clients may reschedule an on-site service appointment without penalty by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled arrival time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment window may incur a re-allocation fee.
3.2 Service Modifications and Pricing Adjustments
Because our final pricing and scope are determined following detailed consultation regarding your specific property requirements, any material alterations to the project scope requested after the initial deposit payment may require a revised quotation. If you decline the revised quotation prior to on-site service execution, the contract may be terminated, subject to the retention of costs incurred up to that stage.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations and Right of Refusal
4.1 Operational Obstacles and Safety
We reserve the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel any scheduled on-site service if our technicians encounter unnotified structural hazards, severe health and safety risks, aggressive animals, or conditions that contravene UK, European, or US occupational health and safety regulations. In such cases, if the obstruction is attributable to the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
4.2 Force Majeure
Pestrodentguard shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of contract for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather events, statutory regulatory changes, labor disputes, or transport network failures. Where a project is cancelled due to force majeure, deposits will be refunded less any direct third-party costs already committed.
- Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
5.1 Dispute Notice
In the event of any disagreement or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, our services, or payment transactions, the client agrees to contact us first at harbor@pestrodentguard.com to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal external proceedings or payment chargeback processes.
5.2 Governing Jurisdiction
For clients engaging our services within the United Kingdom or European Union, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For clients engaging our services within the United States, these terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable state jurisdiction in which the service is rendered.
